Cancellation Policy
No long-term contracts. Your subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by contacting us via email or phone.
When you cancel, your card redirect is deactivated immediately — so no further taps will go through. A A$25 cancellation fee applies to cover the cost of recovering and processing the returned NFC card.
We will arrange to collect the card from your premises within 5 business days of your cancellation request. Your billing stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
Card replacement:If your NFC card stops working during normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, intentional damage, loss, theft, or normal cosmetic wear.
Additional Cards
Need cards for multiple locations or counters? Additional NFC cards are available from A$35/card. Contact us for a tailored quote for multi-location setups.

Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. Your monthly subscription covers everything including your NFC card configuration and shipping.
Are there any per-tap charges?
No. Whether your card gets 10 taps or 10,000 taps, you pay the same flat monthly fee.
Can I get additional NFC cards?
Yes! Additional cards for different locations or counters are available from A$35/card. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
