Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. Your monthly subscription covers everything including your NFC card and dashboard setup.
Are there any per-tap charges?
Absolutely not. Whether your card gets 10 taps or 10,000 taps, you pay the same flat monthly fee.
Can I get additional NFC cards?
Yes! You can add additional cards for different locations or counters. Contact us for pricing on additional cards.
What happens if I cancel?
Contact us and we'll come to your business to collect the NFC card. A A$25 cancellation fee applies. Your service stays active until we pick up the card.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?
Yes, we offer custom pricing for multi-location businesses. Submit an enquiry and we'll provide a tailored quote.
How does billing work?
Billing is managed manually by our team. You'll receive an invoice each month. We can arrange direct debit or bank transfer.
